Cptd Patricia Harrold

Patricia Harrold, CPTD, has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Patricia is the Founder of Incendio, LLC, a company they established in 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Crew Training International as the Chief Learning Strategist/Chief Learning Officer from 2003 to the present, overseeing learning and development strategies for multi-million dollar training contracts. Patricia also served as the Lead Instructor at Frontier Justice from December 2019 to June 2023.

Patricia also served as a Trainer at infoUSA, designing the organization's first knowledge-based university and delivering career development courses.

Before transitioning to the private sector, they worked as a Cryptologic Operator in the USAF from 1993 to 1999, leading simulated training events and providing foreign language translation and interpretation.

Throughout their career, Patricia has demonstrated expertise in learning and development, organizational development, negotiation, leadership consulting, and mentoring.

Patricia Harrold, CPTD, holds a Masters degree in Leadership from Bellevue University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelors degree in Business and Technology Management from Peru State College, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. In 1992 and 1993, they also attended West Valley College, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.

In terms of certifications, Patricia obtained the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in March 2015.
