Florian Forster has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Florian began their career at The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant in 2010. After three years, they joined ATOSS Software AG, where they initially worked as a Business Development/Strategy Consultant to the CEO and later became the Managing Director in 2018. In 2014, Florian transitioned to Crewmeister, first serving as the CEO and CTO before being promoted to the Chief Executive Officer position in April 2020.
Florian Forster earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich between 2001 and 2010. Subsequently, they pursued a second Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg from 2010 to 2014.
