Victor von Hagen has a diverse work experience. Victor started their career as an Auszubildender at Munich Re (Group) from September 2009 to May 2011. Victor then worked as a Junior Underwriter at the same company from June 2011 to February 2013. Victor also completed several internships at Munich Re (Group) from August 2013 to October 2013, August 2014 to December 2014, and July 2016 to September 2016. Victor gained further experience through a Praktikum at XING Events GmbH from September 2018 to February 2019. Most recently, Victor has held various positions at Crewmeister, including Junior Customer Success & Sales Manager from February 2019 to September 2019, Customer Success and Sales Manager from September 2019 to August 2020, Senior Customer Success and Sales Manager from August 2020 to October 2020, Teamleiter Sales & Customer Success from October 2020 to September 2021, and currently serves as the Head Of Customer Care.

Victor von Hagen attended Werner-Heisenberg-Gymnasium Garching from 1999 to 2008, where they obtained their Abitur. Victor then went on to Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences from 2013 to 2018, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Betriebswirtschaftslehre. In 2015, Victor briefly attended éklore-ed School of Management as part of an International Bachelor Program.
