Connie has been involved in residential lending in Charlotte County since 1977 and has helped thousands of people obtain mortgage financing over the years. She started with Charlotte State Bank in 1995 and is now Senior Vice President of Residential Lending. She is a three-time winner of the Charlotte Sun newspaper’s Readers’ Choice Award as Best Mortgage Officer.
A native Floridian, Connie was raised in Punta Gorda and graduated from Charlotte High School. She is a member of the Punta Gorda - Port Charlotte - North Port Association of Realtors, Women’s Council of Realtors and The Executive Network of Charlotte County. She is also a graduate of the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Charlotte program, Class of 2001.
When asked what she likes best about her job, Connie always says, “Helping people achieve their dreams of owning their own homes.”
