Emma Descours

Emma Descours has a diverse work experience starting from their most recent position as Director of Operations at Crexi since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Business Operations at Crexi from June 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Crexi, Emma worked at Arosa as Director of Operations - West from February 2021 to June 2022.

Emma also gained valuable experience at Norton Rose Fulbright, where they held multiple roles. Notably, they served as the Business Services Operations Manager from May 2016 to February 2021, leading operational activities, projects, and communications for the firm's Executive Office. Emma also held positions such as US Change & Deployment Lead from September 2016 to December 2017, Learning & Development Coordinator from April 2014 to May 2016, and Attorney Development Project Assistant from July 2013 to April 2014.

Emma Descours completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Health Communication from the University of Houston from 2013 to 2015. Emma completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Communication, General from Stephen F. Austin State University from 2009 to 2013.
