James Burton

James Burton has extensive experience in business operations and customer success management, currently serving as Manager of Business Operations at Crexi since May 2018. In this role, James has orchestrated strategic planning initiatives and led cross-functional teams, significantly enhancing workflow efficiency and operational effectiveness. Prior to this position, James held roles as Project Manager and Manager of Customer Success Operations, where key responsibilities included project delivery, customer onboarding, and support processes aimed at improving customer satisfaction. Additionally, James has a background in coaching, having served as Program Director & Head Coach for Santa Monica Dragons and as Varsity Lacrosse Offensive Coordinator at Harvard-Westlake School. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing/Communications/Athletic Coaching from Salisbury University.
