Balázs Tódor began their work experience in the gaming industry in 2004 as an AI programmer at Clever's Games, where they designed and implemented an AI system for a TPS game. Balázs then moved to Most Wanted Entertainment in 2006 as a senior AI programmer, where they created an AI system for an FPS action game. In 2008, they joined HS Games as a lead programmer. Balázs then returned to Most Wanted Entertainment in 2009 as a lead programmer and was responsible for various programming tasks until 2013. In 2013, Tódor joined NNG as a senior engineer and later became a team leader of the Visualization team. At NNG, they also served as a part-time product owner, handling sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other product-related tasks. In 2016, Tódor joined CREY Games as the CTO, where they co-built the technical team and was responsible for all technological aspects of the product. Balázs helped grow the team from 3 people to 30 and handled tasks including downloadable client, backend, DevOps, security, infrastructure, and analytics. Balázs continues to work at CREY Games as an Individual Contributor.
Balázs Tódor attended Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a MSc degree in electrical engineering. Balázs later pursued a Master's degree in computer sciences post graduate from the same university, graduating in the years 2004 to 2007.
