Morgan Whiteley has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Morgan is currently working as the Director of Investments for CRG Residential since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Assistant Vice President in the Capital Markets division of Walker & Dunlop from December 2019 to February 2022. Before that, they worked as an Associate in the Capital Markets division of JLL from April 2017 to December 2019. Morgan also has experience as an Acquisition Associate at HAS Capital from September 2016 to April 2017 and as an Analyst at Guggenheim Partners from August 2013 to August 2016. Morgan began their career as an Intern in the Brokerage Division of Welsh & Colliers MSP in June 2012.
Morgan Whiteley attended the Wisconsin School of Business from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in BBA. Their field of study included finance, investments, banking, and real estate urban land economics. Prior to that, Morgan attended Eden Prairie High School, although the specifics regarding the degree and field of study are unknown.
