Tika Schmidt has extensive experience in legal and real estate operations, currently serving as the Director of Contracts, Legal at CRG since April 2014. In this role, Tika drafts and manages various agreements, including Services Agreements, Construction Contracts, Design-Build Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements, while ensuring compliance with state requirements. Prior to this position, Tika held the role of Associate Director, Real Estate Operations, contributing significantly to due diligence contracts and contract management. Tika began the career at The Jones Company and has held positions in administrative support and coordination at MAYER CUSTOM HOMES, INC and in earlier roles at CRG.
