J Maloy

J Maloy has extensive experience in construction management, with a career spanning over a decade in various superintendent roles. Currently serving as Project Superintendent at CRG Residential since May 2011, J Maloy oversees all aspects of multi-family new construction, from site development to project closing. Prior to this role, J Maloy worked as Construction Superintendent at Day-Marc Custom Homes from January 2009 to January 2011, managing the construction of custom homes priced between $750,000 and $4 million. J Maloy also held a position as Construction Superintendent at KB Homes from January 2006 to November 2008, where responsibilities included overseeing the construction of production homes from foundation to closing. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and Architectural Design from the University of Mount Union, earned between 1987 and 1991, and a high school diploma in General Studies from Revere High School, obtained in 1983.
