James Howe

James Howe has a diverse professional background with experience in recruitment, education, and coaching. Serving as a Recruiting Manager at CRG and a Recruitment Consultant at Nigel Frank International, James has honed skills in talent acquisition. Prior experience includes a role as a SPED long term substitute teacher at Stafford County Public Schools and leading as Head Swim Coach for Curtis Park Swim Team. Additionally, James completed an internship with the Learning and Organizational Change Team at the Farm Credit Administration. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from High Point University and participation in The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars.
