Jeff Perry

Jeff Perry has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jeff most recently held the position of VP Revenue Cycle Optimization at CRH Anesthesia, starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President Operations at Change Healthcare from February 2020 to April 2021.

From 2015 to 2020, Jeff worked at Envision Physician Services, where they held the roles of Vice President, Revenue Cycle, Accounts Receivable, and later Director of Revenue Cycle and Provider Enrollment. During their time there, they were responsible for managing all accounts receivable for Anesthesia business in Florida and 26 other states, overseeing cash posting and reconciliation teams handling $1.2 billion in cash receipts annually.

Before Envision Physician Services, Jeff worked at Urgent Care Specialists/Hometown Urgent Care as the Senior Director of Financial Operations from April 2013 to August 2015. In this role, they led efforts to reduce outstanding accounts receivable balances and managed financial operations for 26 corporate urgent care centers.

Jeff also has experience working at Signature Healthcare as the Director of Finance and Director of Pharmacy. In the Director of Finance role from 2012 to 2013, they managed financial functions for 55 staff physicians and led the migration to a new electronic billing and medical records system. In the Director of Pharmacy role from 2010 to 2012, they were appointed to address out-of-control pharmacy costs and implemented strategies to reduce costs and improve outcomes at nursing facilities.

Prior to Signature Healthcare, Jeff worked at Humana as a Pharmacy Finance/Trend Analysis Manager from 2008 to 2010. In this role, they helped launch mail order pharmacy operations and achieved cost savings by identifying pricing issues with drug suppliers.

Their earliest experience was at Kindred Healthcare/Kindred Pharmacy Services, where they served as Director from 2003 to 2008. In this role, they managed various functions including customer service, IT, reporting, data analysis, and special projects for pharmacy data and metrics. Jeff also played a key role in growing the pharmacy division by expanding customer reporting offerings and developing utilization management reporting applications.
