Tameria Comas, MSOD

Tameria Comas, MSOD has a strong background in human resources, operations, and customer service. From 2021 to the present, they have worked at CRH Healthcare, LLC, starting as a Scheduling Coordinator/Provider Recruiter and progressing to the role of Human Resources Representative and then Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Tameria worked at Children's Mercy Kansas City from 2011 to 2021, where they held various roles including Scheduling Services Supervisor and Operations Supervisor. Tameria also has experience as a Customer Service Representative at T-Mobile from 2007 to 2011 and as an Insurance Adjuster at Asurion from 2005 to 2007. Tameria's skills include process improvement, content development, education, and customer service.

Tameria Comas, MSOD, has a strong educational background in organizational development. Tameria obtained their Master of Science degree from Avila University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, Tameria earned their Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Avila University from 2015 to 2017. Tameria also has an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Brown Mackie College-Kansas City, which they completed from 1998 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Tameria has obtained a coaching certification from Avila University in August 2017, further enhancing their skill set in organizational development.
