Alison Moloney

Alison Moloney has extensive experience in human resources and reward management, currently serving as Reward Director for CRH International since November 2016. Previous roles at CRH include Reward Director for Europe and Global HR Director for Leviat A.I., among others. Prior to joining CRH, Alison held various positions at Tarmac from January 2002 to January 2018, including Director of Human Resources and Group Head of Reward. Earlier career experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at KPMG and Consultant at Mercer. Alison holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Birmingham City University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, having obtained the MCIPD designation.
