Floris Kramers

Floris Kramers has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Director for the Precast cluster at CRH since June 2022, focusing on HR governance, talent development, succession planning, and performance management. Prior to this role, Floris held the position of HR Director at De RuwBouw Groep, contributing to the company's position as a leading partner in the construction sector in the Netherlands. Additional experience includes serving as HR Manager for Energyst CAT Rental Power, HR Manager at NEM Services, and HR Advisor at Standard Fasel Lentjes, among others.
