Ellen van Zelst

Ellen Van Zelst serves as the HR Director for TUI Benelux at TUI Nederland since July 2018, with extensive experience in human resources spanning several key positions since 1993. Current roles include Senior Manager of Human Resources at Janssen Cilag Benelux and Senior Manager HR at Janssen Biologics B.V., where employment commenced in 1999. Previous leadership roles include HR Lead for Johnson & Johnson's Commercial Benelux division and Senior Human Resources Manager for Mentor Medical Systems B.V. Educated at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, Snellius Amstelveen, and UCT University of Cape Town, Ellen has demonstrated expertise in HR service delivery and strategic implementation throughout a diverse career.
