Henk Grol is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and financial management. Currently serving as Senior Manager P2P at CRH since April 2023, Henk previously held managerial and leadership positions at Mattel, Inc., ISS A/S, and Liberty Global, where responsibilities included global P2P implementation and management of Shared Services Centers.
