Louise O'Neill

Louise O'Neill is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting, tax, and compliance. Currently serving as the Head of Accounting, Tax & Compliance at CRH since October 2018, Louise has progressed through various managerial roles within the company, including Senior Manager and Internal Audit Manager. Prior experience at PwC involved managing teams in both Ireland and internationally, demonstrating expertise in banking and capital markets. Additionally, Louise held senior positions with Independent Seed Company Ltd., contributing to the design and management of business processes for a startup. Louise O'Neill earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from De Montfort University between 2009 and 2012.
