Luc Callebat

Luc Callebat has extensive executive experience in the construction and materials industry, currently serving as President for West Europe at CRH since November 2015, following roles as President for Central & Eastern Europe and managing director in Poland. Previously, Luc was the Chief Audit Executive at Lafarge and the Country CEO for Lafarge Algérie, where significant production increases and turnaround initiatives were achieved. Luc has held various leadership positions including President & CEO at Lafarge Cement (Poland) and Vice-President and President of the Polish cement association. With expertise in finance and operations management across multiple organizations, Luc’s career includes pivotal roles in financial restructuring and growth strategies, supported by a robust educational background from institutions such as ESSEC Business School and INSEAD.
