Luke Janiec

Luke Janiec is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the recruitment and employer branding sectors. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Manager for the CEE Division at CRH since January 2024, Luke previously held the position of National Resourcing Manager at Tarmac from July 2019 to December 2023, where responsibilities included driving brand perception and developing recruitment strategies. Prior to Tarmac, Luke worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Serco and as a Recruitment Manager for Kuehne + Nagel. Additional roles include recruitment consultancy positions at Lear Corporation and GI Group, along with early career experience as a Duty Manager at Sarova Hotels Ltd, where recognition as Employee of the Year was received in 2011. Education includes attendance at Solihull College & University Centre from September 2021 to June 2022.
