Owen Rowley

Owen Rowley has extensive experience in the building materials industry, currently serving as the Integration & Operational Excellence Director at CRH Europe Materials since June 2011. In this role, Owen is responsible for the integration of Fels Lime into the CRH Group and the delivery of operational excellence across the European Aggregates, Readymix concrete, and Precast Businesses. Prior to this position, Owen held the role of Regional Director for Central Europe, overseeing various supply businesses and product lines. Owen also served as the Country Manager for CRH plc in Poland and worked as Technical Director at Roadstone Wood Ltd. Owen holds a Bachelor of Engineering with First Honors in Civil Engineering from Galway University, completed between 1982 and 1986.
