Philip Wheatley

Philip Wheatley currently serves as Chief Growth Officer at CRH since October 2023, after a previous role as Global Head of Corporate Development at Aliaxis in August 2022. Wheatley has extensive experience at CRH from November 2006 to August 2022, holding various senior positions including Group Head of M&A and Group Strategy and Development Director. Prior to CRH, Wheatley worked at Deutsche Bank from January 2000 to October 2006, where responsibilities included Vice President of M&A and roles in Industrials Corporate Finance. Wheatley began a career at Arthur Andersen as Audit Manager from January 1996 to January 2000. Education includes ACA in Accounting and Finance from ICAEW (1996-1999) and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Durham University (1993-1996).
