Dallas Blattner

Dallas Blattner is the Director of Delivery for CRI’s Solution Division. Dallas is a highly innovative, dynamic individual with six-plus years of professional experience successfully maintaining, updating, and streamlined processes. Dallas has been a member of several cross-functional process improvement teams, a local small business champion, and manages/leads employees. Dallas believes in an environment/culture which fosters and promotes personnel ownership, accountability, and strategic thinking.

Dallas is a subject matter expert when it comes to government/commercial contracts (Information Technology, Service, and Construction activities) and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Dallas is policy-driven and team-spirited and possesses a talent for problem-solving, and strategic thinking. He is proactive in getting things done and able to positively motivate team members and employees to enhance strategic goals and organizational objectives.

Dallas is also a Customer/Client service-focused individual who is meticulous and creative with an ability to apply contracting/project management principles (Agile, Scrum, and Lean) and his financial/budgetary knowledge to improve and build upon product delivery.

Dallas enjoys camping with his family, hunting, fishing, and golfing when he is not working.
