Mick Shanaghy

Mick Shanaghy has a strong background in customer support and management. Mick currently holds the position of Head of Customer Support at Cribl since November 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Customer Support at ThousandEyes from September 2017 to November 2020. Mick also has extensive experience at Splunk, where they held various roles including Director of Customer Advisory and Success - APAC, Support Director, and Customer Support Manager from 2007 to 2017. Before joining Splunk, they worked as the Internet Banking Support Manager at Royal Bank of Scotland Group from October 2005 to November 2006.

Mick Shanaghy completed a Bachelor of Business Studies degree with a focus on Economics, Finance, and Information Technology from the University of Limerick, Ireland, from 1997 to 2001. Mick also obtained a Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Limerick in 2001-2002.
