Monica Gomez

Monica Gomez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and communications across various organizations. Currently serving as the Lead Global Remote Operations at Cribl since October 2025, Monica establishes and leads a Remote First Operations team, fostering practices that enable global collaboration. Prior to this role, Monica spent four years at GitLab, first as Director of Enablement Operations, leading initiatives that enhance sales efficiency, and earlier roles focused on field communications and content management.
