Mike Ratteree

Mike Ratteree has worked in various roles since 1997. Mike began their career as a Guest Services/Supervisor at Keystone Mountain Resort, followed by a role as a Trail Crew/EMT at Northstar at Tahoe in 1998. In 1999, they took on a Supervisor and Foreman role at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, followed by a Crew Lead role at Valley Landscape Service, Inc. in 2000. In 2003, they joined TMI Integrated Services as a Lockheed On-Site Lead/Account Rep, Corporate Kit Coordinator, and Supervisor. In 2006, they began working at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company as a Manf. Support Team Member Sr and Operations Engineer Sr. Mike then moved to CribMaster in 2012, where they held roles as a Product Development Project Manager | Project Engineer and Project Manager | Project Engineer. In 2018, they became an Independent Contractor at Select Referral Partners, LLC and a Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. Mike then returned to CribMaster in 2019, where they currently hold the role of Product Development Project Manager | Project Engineer | Process Owner. In this role, they leverage their analytical and tactical approach for on time project completion and detailed, organized plans for product development.

Mike Ratteree attended Georgia Southern University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services.
