Oluwadamilola Shofarasin has a long and varied work experience. Oluwadamilola began their career in 2014 as an H.R Intern at Consolidated Breweries Plc. (A Subsidiary of Heineken International). In 2017, they were a Sales Representative at LEADWAY PENSURE PFA LIMITED. In 2018, they became a Relationship Manager at CreditClan. In 2021, they took on two roles: Co-Founder at Cribstock and Operations Manager at Sonora Capital and Investment Limited. In their role as Co-Founder at Cribstock, they work to make real estate accessible to all by dividing commercial properties into 1,000 stocks. As Operations Manager at Sonora Capital and Investment Limited, they strengthen and optimizes internal processes and systems for customer/member relationship management.

Oluwadamilola Shofarasin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Esep Le Berger Benin Republic in 2015. In 2019, they completed a Responsive Website Development and Design Specialization from Goldsmiths, University of London. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Responsive Website Basics: Code with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from Coursera in December 2019. In 2021, they completed a Data and Strategy course from 10alytics, which focused on problem solving techniques, Excel for analytics, and SQL for analytics.
