Clare Crewdson

Clare Crewdson has extensive experience in cricket operations, currently serving as the Head of Operations, Government Relations & Infrastructure at Cricket NSW since November 2015. In this role, Clare leads a high-performing team to develop world-class cricket facilities and manage all match and training requirements for elite and pathway cricket in New South Wales. Previous positions at Cricket NSW include Head of Cricket Operations, Interim Head of Female Elite Cricket, and Match Operations and Venue Manager, where Clare was responsible for delivering high standards in match and training operations for various elite competitions. Clare also has coaching experience internationally, having served as the Ladies Cricket Coach at the Hong Kong Cricket Club and as the coach for the Netherlands Ladies National Cricket Team, preparing the team for significant tournaments. An accomplished coach, Clare played pivotal roles in women's cricket development at both club and national levels, and holds a Bachelor of Business in Sport Management from Western Sydney University.
