Henry Woodward

Blues Physical Performance Coach at Cricket NSW

Henry Woodward is a Physical Performance Coach currently with the Sydney Sixers since December 2023 and holds dual roles at Cricket NSW as both the Blues Physical Performance Coach and Pathways Physical Performance Coach since January 2022. Previous experience includes serving as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club from June 2018 to September 2021, with responsibilities across academy, first team, and the Trent Rockets. Additionally, Henry worked as a Physical Development Coach for youth players at Nottingham Forest FC in March 2021. Earlier roles include a Strength and Conditioning Intern at Northamptonshire County Cricket Club and Saracens RFC. Henry completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Bath from 2013 to 2017 and attended the University of Technology Sydney for further education in 2022.
