Stevie Sim

Stevie Sim is an experienced professional in consumer operations and membership retention within the sports industry. Currently serving as Consumer Operations Lead and previously as Consumer Operations Specialist at Cricket NSW since August 2022, Stevie manages the ticketing, hospitality, and membership programs for the Sydney Thunder and Sydney Sixers in both the men's and women's Big Bash Leagues. Prior experience includes the role of Membership Retention Executive at Parramatta Eels National Rugby League Club from February 2019 to August 2022, where Stevie contributed to membership growth through customer service and event management. Earlier experience also includes a position as a Retail Assistant at Bunnings and a brief internship with the Parramatta Eels as a Membership Intern. Stevie holds a Bachelor of Business from Western Sydney University, completed in 2018, and a Higher School Certificate from Blakehurst High School.
