Noelle Sieradzki

Noelle Sieradzki has a diverse and extensive work experience. Noelle currently holds the position of VP of Materials at Cricut, where they lead a global team and collaborates with international suppliers to expand the company's product and service portfolio. Prior to that, they founded and served as the Managing Director of Promise33, where they led the process of acquiring businesses. Noelle has also worked at Avery Dennison, holding various roles such as Director of Commercial & Sales and VP of R&D. At Avery Dennison, they focused on sales growth, profitability, and product development. Noelle has previous experience at GE in operations management.

Noelle Sieradzki pursued their education in a disciplined manner, first completing a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Cleveland State University. Following this, they enrolled at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, specializing in Executive MBA.
