Philip Dolle

Philip Dolle has over 20 years of professional experience in various leadership and management roles. Philip is currently the Head of IT Compliance at Cricut since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Salesforce as the Sr. Manager of Availability Management and IT Service Management for four years. At Visa, they served as the Director of IT Strategic Service Management and Operations Process Management for five years. Philip'sexperience also includes working as a Consultant for Resources Global Professionals, where they designed and managed a scheduling governance model. Philip has also held positions at Kaiser Permanente, APL / Information Technology, Micron Electronics Inc, Packard Bell NEC Computers Inc, and Vision Engineering Corporation. Throughout their career, Philip Dolle has been responsible for managing internal controls, improving IT compliance, and driving continuous process improvements.

Philip Dolle completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from National University, which they pursued from 1990 to 1994. Following this, they went on to acquire a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix, specializing in Masters of Business Administration, during the period of 2002 to 2004.
