Taylor Hathaway has extensive experience in customer service and operational support, currently serving as an SAP Operations Specialist at Cricut since June 2017. In this role, Taylor is responsible for maintaining and reconciling inventory in accordance with SOX control guidelines while communicating with various departments, including Finance and Operations.
