Ellie McLaren

Ellie McLaren is a marketing executive at Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels since June 2023, where responsibilities include social media content management, seasonal campaign execution, website and app editing, and content creation. In addition to this role, Ellie serves as a member of the organizing committee for Braemar Folk Festival since November 2023. Previous experience includes a marketing assistant position at Pillow Partners, where skills in CRM management and content creation were developed, and a marketing assistant internship at The National Piping Centre, focusing on social media engagement. Early career roles involved team member responsibilities at The National Piping Centre, student ambassador work for XpoNorth, and teaching fiddle at Grant's School of Music and Performance. Ellie completed a Master’s degree in Marketing from Glasgow Caledonian University and a BA (Hons) in Applied Music from UHI.
