Dr. Sayf al-Sefou

Dr. Sayf Al-Sefou has a diverse and extensive work experience. Dr. Sayf began their career in 1998 as a System Manager at Dejla and worked there until 2001. Dr. Sayf then joined Sirrix AG Security Technologies as an IT Project Manager, where they led cross-functional teams and participated in various stages of project life cycles, including management, business analysis, and software development. In 2010, Dr. Al-Sefou joined Hauertmann IT Consulting as an IT Project Manager, where they were responsible for consulting and project management for clients such as Volkswagen, HSBC Bank, and Siemens. Dr. Sayf joined arvato systems in 2013 as a Senior IT Project Manager, leading agile development teams and implementing modern approaches in strategic IT implementation programs. In 2016, they became the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Arvato Financial Solutions, where they played a key role in translating IT and business needs into strategies and solutions. Currently, Dr. Al-Sefou serves as the Chief Technology Officer at CRIF Deutschland, where they are responsible for IT operations, infrastructure, and creating innovative solutions in risk, fraud prevention, KYC, and digital identification. Dr. Sayf leads international agile cross-functional teams and influences the company's strategic direction. Throughout their career, Dr. Al-Sefou has demonstrated a passion for data, AI, technologies, and digital transformation.
