Melani Geisendörfer

Melani Geisendörfer has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Melani is currently working as the Head of HR Operations at CRIF Deutschland, where they are responsible for optimizing HR processes and operational workflows. Melani also handles recruiting and ensures a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager for Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at CRIF Deutschland, focusing on attracting and onboarding talent. Melani also served as an HR Business Partner at CRIF Bürgel, where they were responsible for personal and organizational development. Before joining CRIF, Melani worked as an Assistant Country Manager at Deltavista GmbH, where they handled various HR responsibilities. Melani also gained experience as an Assistant Business Development at Pfizer and Assistant Executive Management in Sales, Marketing, and HR at RAGOLDS Süßwaren GmbH & Co. KG. At Bruker Daltonics, they worked as a Multilingual Personal Assistant.

Melani Geisendörfer earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA hons) degree in European Administration from the University of Lincoln from 1995 to 1996. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1995, they attended Merkur Akademie International Karlsruhe where they pursued a degree in Assistant Executive Management - trilingue.
