Sabrina Brokherm

Sabrina Brokherm has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in multiple roles at CRIF Deutschland since August 2018, including HR Learning & Development and HR Business Partner. Responsibilities include advising employees and leaders on personnel issues, facilitating organizational changes, collaborating with works councils, and enhancing the company culture. Sabrina is also instrumental in recruitment, employer branding, and training programs, as well as coordinating annual employee development processes. Prior to CRIF, Sabrina worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, and also gained valuable experience as a Personalberaterin at Hays and through various roles at Miele. Educational qualifications comprise a Master of Science in Management & Human Resources from Leuphana University of Lüneburg and a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from Hochschule Osnabrück, along with vocational training as an industrial clerk.
