Malte Carstens

Malte Carstens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management and project coordination. Currently serving as the Head of Business Unit "Business Digital Solutions" and Senior Project Manager at CRIF since June 2017, Malte Carstens has successfully managed the migration of thousands of internal and franchise partner customers to a new production system. Key responsibilities include the conception and implementation of cross-business-unit processes, customer structure analysis, migration software support, and training for stakeholders. Previous roles include Business Consultant at conovus GmbH & Co. KG, Business Analyst at Helaba, Change Analyst at Deutsche Bank, and various positions in financial administration and risk management.
