Founded in 1987, Crime Stoppers Victoria offers a trusted, confidential reporting service that collects crime information from the public. As of June 2021, Crime Stoppers Victoria has received more than 1.2 million tips from the community, resulting in more than 26,000 arrests. Crime Stoppers Victoria works closely with Victoria Police, the Victorian Government, Federal Government, and other not-for-profit organisations to deliver crime detection and prevention campaigns, as well as education programs on topics such as bushfire arson and youth violence.
