Ingus Palapis is an experienced professional in management and operations, currently serving as General Manager at Crimppi since January 2024, focusing on the development of a new production company and team in Liepaja. Our offering includes also plastic optical fiber cables (POF) as well as electromechanical assemblies. Due to our experience and wide range of machinery we can support our customers in their R&D process as well as in fast production ramp-up projects. We are specialized to serve customers on energy and electric industries as well as medical and professional electronics. Crimppi was founded in 2000 in Vaasa, Finland. Today we serve our customers from three factories; Vaasa Finland, Zminj Croatia and Suzhou China.
