Currently serving as Sales Manager at Crimppi since 2023, Mika previously held positions such as Production Manager at Alfen Elkamo and Strategic Sourcing Manager at JTK Power Oy, where strategic sourcing was a key responsibility. With a background as an Entrepreneur at Mixan Finland tmi focusing on technology research and development, Mika has also devoted significant time to production engineering and development at Valmet Technologies Oy. Educationally, Mika is pursuing multiple Master's degrees in Business Administration with a focus on International Business Management from prestigious institutions, alongside a Master's degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering. Additionally, a professional teacher qualification complements Mika's robust technical and management expertise.

Our offering includes also plastic optical fiber cables (POF) as well as electromechanical assemblies. Due to our experience and wide range of machinery we can support our customers in their R&D process as well as in fast production ramp-up projects. We are specialized to serve customers on energy and electric industries as well as medical and professional electronics. Crimppi was founded in 2000 in Vaasa, Finland. Today we serve our customers from three factories; Vaasa Finland, Zminj Croatia and Suzhou China.
