James Nuessen

James Nuessen is an education sales consultant and academic advisor at Crimson Education since September 2022. Prior to this role, James served as the assistant director of recruitment and admissions at Sacred Heart Schools from November 2011 to August 2022, where responsibilities included directing admissions for Chicago’s oldest independent school. Additionally, James held the position of academic assistant to the head of schools, supporting multiple school principals and managing the integration of student information systems for over 500 families. Earlier career experience includes serving as operations director and client coordinator at Nuessen Veterinary Clinic from 2009 to 2011, overseeing operations and client services for a small-animal veterinary practice. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
