Megan Summers

Megan Summers is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in college admissions consulting and teaching. Currently serving as a Senior Strategy Consultant at Crimson Education since October 2016, Megan provides strategic oversight for students applying to top universities. Prior to this role, Megan was the U.S. Manager of Education Programs and Senior Consultant at New Pathway Education & Technology Group, offering guidance to college and boarding school applicants. As the owner of Megan Summers Consulting, a venture dedicated to holistic college support, Megan emphasized the importance of individual student narratives beyond test scores. Previous instructional roles at Morristown-Beard School and Gill St. Bernard's School involved curriculum innovation and academic advising in history, while an adjunct position at Montclair State University showcased expertise in music history. Academically, Megan holds a Master of Arts in History and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, along with degrees from Princeton University and training in Jazz Studies from Interlochen Arts Academy.
