Peter Upton

Peter Upton is a Program Management Specialist at Crimson Phoenix, working with ODNI-IARPA to provide business and financial management support for advanced research and development projects. With a background in budget analysis and program financial analysis at various companies such as Strategic Alliance Consulting, Inc., Deloitte, and ECS, Peter also has experience as an EVM Team Lead at BCF Solutions and as an EVM Analyst and Cost Estimator at General Dynamics Land Systems. Peter holds an MBA from George Mason University's School of Business, along with a BS in Finance from the same institution.
