David Ball is a dedicated undergraduate researcher at the University of Alabama's Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering, focusing on functionalizing cellulose for sustainable packaging materials. Currently serving as a Composite Structures Junior Engineer for Crimson Racing, David develops Finite Element Analysis methods and enhances performance for the Formula SAE competition.
