Established in 2003 by a husband and wife team, Frank and Rima Criniti have expanded the empire across venues in Sydney's most popular dining districts - Woolloomooloo Wharf, Manly, Darling Harbour, Parramatta and Castle Hill. In 2015, Criniti's opened in Carlton, Melbourne and another venue to the State of Victoria, at Melbourne's famous Southbank in 2016.
