Peter Wessel

Peter Wessel is the Managing Partner and Head of the U.S. Business at Cripps Leadership Advisors since November 2023. Previously served as a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry from September 2018 to 2023 and co-founded Ludwig Wessel & Associates, a boutique executive search firm focusing on Financial Services and Energy, where Peter held the title of President from October 2011 to September 2018. Prior to that, Peter operated as an Independent Advisor specializing in turnaround, corporate finance, and M&A from 2003 to 2011, founded Amazon Fruit Company from 1999 to 2003, and worked as an Equity Analyst at Merrill Lynch from 1997 to 1999. Peter Wessel holds an MBA in Finance from Simon Fraser University - Segal Graduate School of Business and two Bachelor’s degrees: a BBA in Finance and Economics from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a BBA in Accounting and Finance, Economics from Simon Fraser University.
