Kathryn Carter has over a decade of experience in various roles related to talent development and administration. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Development Advisor at Cripps since June 2016, Kathryn has also held positions such as Learning Technology Advisor, Digital Development Coordinator, Learning and Development Coordinator, and Training and Development Administrator within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at Next Retail Ltd from June 2014 to July 2015, and as a Sales Advisor at O2 (Telefónica UK) from September 2012 to August 2013.
