Olivier Morel

Olivier Morel is an accomplished legal professional specializing in international corporate law, currently serving as a Partner at Cripps LLP since April 2005, where Olivier heads the International Corporate group. With extensive experience in advising international companies on strategic and legal matters related to the UK market, Olivier's expertise encompasses areas such as acquisition, startups, employment, real estate, commercial contracts, litigation, and intellectual property. Prior to Cripps LLP, Olivier was a Partner at Browne Jacobson LLP, where Olivier focused on assisting French companies entering the UK market, and held senior roles at Eversheds and London First Centre. Olivier's career also includes positions in tax advisory at Robson Rhodes and Ernst & Young, as well as military service as a Lieutenant in the French Army. Olivier holds a DEA in Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
