Sophie Jones

Sophie Jones is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people and employee relations. Currently serving as Senior Manager - People & Employee Relations at Cripps since February 2017, Sophie has held various roles within the company, including People & Employee Relations Manager and Senior HR Officer. Prior experience includes working as an HR Advisor at PwC from August 2016 to February 2017 and several HR positions at Cripps LLP from July 2010 to July 2016, where responsibilities ranged from HR Officer to HR Assistant and Legal Secretary. Sophie Jones holds a CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Practice from West Kent College, completed between 2014 and 2016, and has foundational education from West Kent College and Beacon Community College.
